This notice explains how the inquiry form and Ask Mando guide on mandocorporation.com handle information. For privacy questions, contact sales@mandocorporation.com.

Information you submit

The campaign form asks for your name, email, phone number, city or market, budget range, objective and campaign description. Submitting it sends those details through Formspree to support your inquiry and Mando’s response. Please do not include payment card details, passwords, medical records or other sensitive personal information.

Form processing and email

Formspree processes form submissions and may store them in its submission system and send email notifications. Correspondence also passes through email service providers. Read Formspree’s privacy policy for its processing practices.

Ask Mando

Ask Mando is an automated guide that runs in your browser. Its conversation state is kept in memory while the page is open; the current chat code does not send messages to a remote AI service or save them in browser storage. If you ask it to prepare a brief, the details are copied into the campaign form for you to review. They are submitted only when you send that form.

Hosting and media requests

The site uses Cloudflare for delivery and loads images and video from external media servers. Connecting to those services exposes technical request information, such as your IP address and browser information, to the providers. Their own privacy practices also apply. See Cloudflare’s privacy policy.

Your questions and requests

To ask about information you have submitted, request a correction or deletion, or ask us to stop contacting you about your inquiry, email sales@mandocorporation.com. Include enough information to identify the relevant inquiry, but do not send sensitive identity documents unless a secure verification method has been arranged. Any legal rights you have depend on applicable law.

Scope and updates

This notice covers this website’s inquiry and chat features. It does not describe tracking that may be agreed for a future advertising campaign. Review the campaign’s written plan and any separate privacy disclosures before launch. Updates to this notice will be posted here.
